We always deliver your orders within one week and send by First Class
Mail. We have found that first class mail offers good value for our customers - it is reasonably economic and is a reliable means of shipping
goods, we have found.
By experience, we have learnt that deliveries can take up to one week within Europe, and up to two weeks in the rest of the World. But please allow for both bad times and good times.
We have been told by customers that the record in reaching US addresses from Sweden is only three days. Still,
you should expect the average delivery time to be between two and three weeks, depending where in the World you are.
If you do wish to enquire about the whereabouts of the goods
you have ordered, please be aware that there is no detailed system for tracking
this information with the first class mail system, which is operated by the Post
Office.
We can let you know if and when your goods were shipped, but
we can not trace their actual whereabouts at any point in time.
